Cancellation

Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after cancelling.

Refunds

If you are charged and have used no run quota in that billing cycle, we refund the charge in full — just email us within 7 days. Partial cycles with consumed runs are refunded pro-rata minus GPU compute already spent on your runs.

Failed runs

Runs that fail due to a platform error are automatically re-credited to your quota and never count against you.

How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com from your account email with the invoice ID. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
