Privacy Policy

This policy describes how GetDeAddicted LLC handles personal data for TuneBench, in line with the GDPR and India's DPDP Act, 2023.

What we collect

Account email, billing details (processed by Razorpay/Stripe — we never store card numbers), datasets you upload for benchmarking, and usage analytics (privacy-friendly, no cross-site tracking).

How we use it

To run the benchmarks you request, bill you, send transactional email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or use your datasets to train our own models.

Retention & deletion

Uploaded datasets are deleted after run completion unless you opt to keep them. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing us; we complete it within 30 days.

Processors

Payment: Razorpay, Stripe. Hosting: Google Cloud. GPU compute: managed providers under data-processing terms.
